First thing's first, get in touch with us and let's chat about what you're looking for. We'll give you all the advice you need, and guide you through the next steps.
Decision in Principal
Once we've carried out all our checks, we'll get you a decision in principal. This is where the lender provides us with a certificate and allows us to make the next step.
Apply and Success
Once we have the decision in principal, we're ready to go! We will require payslips, bank statements and proof of ID at this stage, most lenders can produce a full mortgage offer within roughly 10 days of this.
